At Happy Home Services we take the health of our customers very seriously. In March 2020, when the world received the mandate to quarantine and stay home, we worked to update our teams’s daily protocol to protect your health and abide to CDC guidelines. Such steps include but are not limited to, washing hands periodically throughout the day, the use of face masks, gloves, and footies during each and every house cleaning. Additionally, all employees are required to let us if and when they have been exposed to COVID-19, in which case we ask that they stay home until they have been cleared and/or symptom free.
We have also implemented the use of new disinfecting products! This has given us the proper tools to clean the most commonly used areas and high touch points of your home such as, kitchen and bathroom countertops, light switches, door knobs, handles, hand rails, etc, in a safe and through manner.
Happy Home Services continues to keep up and abide to CDC guidelines. Each team member will do the following during and before each home cleaning:
- Be COVID-19 symptom free
- Wash their hands periodically
- Wear a mask
- Wear shoe covers
- If/when a team member is not feeling well, they will let us know immediately and stay home
Prior to our visit, we ask that all customers please let us if anyone in their household is not feeling well and or has been exposed to COVID-19. We are happy to reschedule your cleaning without penalty.
